The orders are delivered within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) at the most after the bank and finance approval. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next day. Orders are not shipped on holidays and holidays.

When your order arrives, please pay attention to the following items;

1. Your order will be packaged in such a way that it will not be damaged during shipping and will be sent with Turkey's exclusive cargo companies.
2. The products in your order are under the guarantee of the relevant companies.
3. If your cargo is opened, torn or physically damaged, please do not receive it. Inform the cargo officer that you do not want to receive the order because it is damaged. The courier will draw up a report. A copy of this report will be given to you. Please keep the relevant copy.
